Selling your house is stressful. We decided in February to put our house on the market, we were skeptical, as 3 homes in our neighborhood were on the market and sitting there. Sonja Haltiwanger came through, told us what she wanted to list it for and it was pending in 3 weeks. It was a smooth transaction and she made it smoother. Fast forward a few months when I had to list my mom’s home, my first (and only) call was again to Sonja! The house was pending with a cash buyer within a week. There were so many off the wall, crazy, never thought about things that happened through this process, the buyers wife was SUPER high maintenance and I was stressed daily, Sonja literally would talk me off a ledge and at the end of the day she ALWAYS made sure I was ok.
